Now that you have your sequence set up all you have to do is set the desired
length of your new playlist. The program defaults to 60 minutes but you can
set any desired length in minutes. Use the drop down menu or type in your own
number. Here are some quick references:
1 hour = 60 minutes
  4 hours = 240 minutes
  12 hours = 1220 minutes
  24 hours = 1440 minutes
  7 days = 10080 minutes

The last step is to tell the program where to save the new playlist once it builds it. The last little window on the upper right is where you specify this. Click the "Where should I save final playlist?" button. It will open up to the default playlists folder. Just type in a name and click OK.
OK, stop right here. Now's a good time to save your session. You have chosen all of your playlists and built the perfect sequence in your template window. This is exactly how you want your new show to be built. Why not save this setup so that the next time you have to build a new show with this sequence you don't have to do all that clicking?
Go up to the menu at the top of the screen and select "Save session as..." The save dialog will open to the default "Sessions" folder. I would save this one as CurrentHits. The file extension will be .cwt by default (Clock Wheel Template). Now the next time you want to build a new playlist with this same sequence, just load the CurrentHits.cwt file and everything will be imported back into the program just like you have it saved! Once you have saved sessions for all of your various playlist formats you will be able to use the auto scheduler to build all of them automatically every day!
OK, now that you've saved this session it's time to watch the playlist builder
in action. Click the big "Build Playlist" button.

You'll see the progress meters begin going into action. When the program starts
it first shuffles each list in the left-hand window. You'll see the Micro
Shuffle meter filling once for each shuffle of each list. The Major Shuffle
meter tracks the whole shuffle process. If there are only 4 lists in the
left hand window then the meter will reach the halfway point when it has completed
shuffling the first 2 lists. The Playlist Building meter won't go into
action until all lists in the left hand window have been shuffled. This meter
tracks the progress of building your new playlist based on the length you specified.
If you specified a 60 minute playlist then the meter will be at the halfway
point when the program has completed building the first 30 minutes of the new
  list.

This concludes the simple task of building a newly formatted playlist! Piece
of cake, huh? Well, we didn't stop there! Click here
